This method is accomplished by purchasing vitamin E in liquid form and applying it to the skin tag using a band aid. Leave everything alone until the band aid begins to loosen up a bit, at which point you can take it off and take a look. After just a couple of treatments the vitamin E should be successful in causing the skin tag to fall off on its own.
One of the earliest home remedies involves mixing a combination of Castor oil and baking soda. Mix it into the consistency of a paste then apply it to the skin tags two or three times daily. One of the more radical methods of home skin tag removal involves tying off the tag with a piece of string or thread at its base.
