Doctors are slowly starting to advise patients to consume more fluids, whereas in the past they would have advised drinking water. Water is still the best fluid to drink as it is pure and will help the skin to stay hydrated.
- Go for a walk – Sunshine is vital to healthy skin, as the skin synthesises vitamin D from UV rays which is essential for the body to function correctly. People should take precautions when out in the sun, such as using sun screen as this will protect the skin from any harmful effects.

A skin care regime should be undertaken to prevent the build-up of dead skin cells and oils and also help with circulation. - Purchase the right products – Finding out what type of skin a person has and then finding the right product can take time.
